Tinkerer

The Tinkerer is an NPC that appears in Memoria Station, on the top right of the Slumbering Tree, after unlocked. For materials, she can build vanity props in the background of Memoria Station, and expand The Clocktower with new types of special rooms and objects.

When talked to in memoria station for the first time:

When talked to without any new blueprints, randomly selected:

Randomly, can only appear in order, and can only appear once (adam please add detail) :
