Metro Smith

The Metro Smith is an NPC that appears on the metro ride between each area. He will upgrade a Relic of your choosing, in exchange for Heart containers. The price of an upgrade depends on the rarity and level of a relic. If you have any Relic Hammers, you can use them to upgrade Relics instead.
