Traps are various obstacles scattered around the Clocktower, serving as challenges integrated into the terrain. Traps will deal damage to the player, and are active until the room is complete. Each Area has some unique traps, and some global traps.

Touch Spikes | A set of spikes that only activate after you've traveled above them. Running or dashing across them is safe, just don't stay still. | All Areas | |
Timer Spikes | A set of spikes that activate on a timer. They stay on for around 2 seconds, then deactivate for around 4 seconds. | All Areas | |
Poison Vents | A set of vents that can appear along the floor, ceiling, or walls. Every so often, they spew toxic fumes, slowly filling your poison meter. When this meter is full, you take damage. | Fungated Funnels | |
