seeds are a game mechanic in revita that allow players to predetermine aspects of a run such as relics, rooms, enemies[verification pending], and more every time a save file is opened, a random seed is set and will become the seed of the next run unless the player changes it

seeds are always visible above the game version in the pause menu

Setting

seeds can be set before a run by using the holographic stand next to the Metro Terminal and entering the desired seed

there is currently no way to change the seed of an already in-progress run besides file editing

Special Seeds

a few seeds are never naturally generated have special properties when used, such as the tutorial seed which will put the player in the tutorial if used

currently not much is known about these seeds
