The Powercell is a common relic in Revita.

It can be upgraded and removed.

As soon as you acquire Powercell, you'll receive -20% Damage, which will stay with you for as long as you hold the relic. The +x% Damage bonus will not be received until you exit the metro to start the next floor, so you can still take the opportunity to level up the relic at the blacksmith in between floors and receive the benefit.
