The Loop Lord is an NPC in Revita. He can be found in a super secret room in the secret final area, Last Refuge. you can unlock run looping by giving him Denial's memento, Anger's memento, Bargaining's memento, Depression's memento and Acceptance's memento. You are not required to give these to the Loop Lord in order, or in the same run.
Trivia
Before the 1.0 release, the Loop Lord had a very cryptic and in depth quest tied to him that was solved by fans on Discord.
