Behaviour

Culteyes walk slowly when not attacking, and will shoot three bullets at once at you when you enter their line of sight.

Strategy

Culteyes are very easy to deal with if you know how to dash correctly, simply dash when the 3 projectiles are almost about to hit you, and get in closer because the attack actually has a recoil effect that makes the culteye go a few feet backwards.
